Mark Chilcott

Mark has worked with Senior Management and Boards to design and implement a range of Remuneration and HR Programs. He has also managed a range of significant organisational functions.

He enjoys working with businesses to help them realise their goals by putting in place fit for purpose strategies for managing their people. He often brings into play his broad experience as a Senior HR Generalist, including IR, OH&S, and Data Management.

Most recently, Mark was the General Manager Employee Relations for Medibank Private, heading up the Reward and Performance, Workplace Relations and Shared Services Functions.
