Laurie is a senior Human Resources Executive with a significant breadth of experience in board and executive remuneration across both listed and non-listed organisations. Apart from his expertise in all things Remuneration, Laurie is a passionate supporter of ‘The Cats’ in the AFL.
As a Senior Remuneration Consultant to Boards and Senior Management, Laurie’s prime focus is on integrating remuneration and broader HR initiatives with organisations’ business strategies and aligning business performance.
